About
Osama Naseer, SEO Consultant in Riyadh
I help Saudi businesses turn organic search into their most profitable channel, with strategy and execution from one accountable expert. This page explains how I work and why the model is deliberately different.
The story
Why I Work as an Independent Consultant
I started in SEO the way most practitioners do: inside agencies, watching senior strategists sell the work while junior teams delivered it. The clients paying the most got templates. Reports celebrated rankings for keywords nobody searched. I went independent because I believe the person who builds your strategy should be the person who executes it and the person who answers your calls.
Working across the Saudi market taught me what most imported SEO advice misses: this market is genuinely different. Arabic-first search behavior. District-level local intent in a city of eight million. Mobile usage among the highest anywhere. And competition that remains, for a short window, far below Dubai, London, or New York. For businesses that move now, that window is the opportunity of a decade.
Everything on this site reflects the practice: pricing published in SAR, methodologies documented per service, industry, and district, and a free audit that tells you the truth even when the truth is that you do not need me yet.
The model
What Working Directly Means
01
Research I Run Myself
Keyword universes built from real google.com.sa queries, Arabic first. No translated English lists, no tool exports passed off as strategy.
02
Execution Without Handoffs
The strategy's author implements it. Limited client roster, because senior attention does not scale and I refuse to mark up junior hours.
03
Reporting You Can Read
Monthly, itemized, in plain language: what was done, why, what it produced in rankings, leads, and revenue, and what happens next.
Principles
What I Will and Will Not Do
Radical transparency
You always know what was done, why, and what it produced. Negative results get reported too; a partner who never reports a failed experiment is not running experiments.
No borrowed authority
No bought links, no PBNs, no spun content. Nothing that trades your site's long-term health for a short-term chart.
Honest fit assessment
Around a third of audit conversations end with me recommending something other than my services. If SEO is the wrong investment for your situation, you hear it in the first call.
Bilingual done right
Arabic content researched from real Arabic queries and written for Arabic readers. The Arabic side of this site is built exactly that way.
What credentials do you hold?
I don't lead with certificates, because in SEO they are easy to collect and prove very little. The most honest proof I can offer is this website itself: I built it, wrote it, and optimized it, and you are free to inspect every part of it. As client projects mature, I will publish named results and certifications here with their permission.
How many clients do you take?
I keep the number deliberately small, usually just a handful of active clients at a time, so each one gets my full attention every month. If I am at capacity when you contact me, I will tell you honestly and give you a realistic starting date rather than rushing your project or passing it to someone else.
Where do you work from?
I am based in Riyadh and work with businesses across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Most of our communication happens over WhatsApp and email, with calls whenever needed, so your exact location is never a problem. You can see the areas I know best on the locations page.
See How I Think Before You Commit
The free audit is the fastest way to evaluate the work: honest findings, a prioritized roadmap, yours to keep either way.
