SEO Pricing in Saudi Arabia, in SAR
Most consultants hide numbers until you are on a call. You get them before it: what SEO costs in this market, what drives the price, and the warning signs that save you from paying for spam.

What Businesses Actually Pay in the Kingdom
| Business type | Monthly investment | Typically covers |
|---|---|---|
| Small / single location | SAR 1,500 – 5,000 | Local SEO, Google Business Profile, on-page fixes, core content |
| Mid-size / multi-location | SAR 5,000 – 15,000 | Full technical SEO, bilingual content program, link building |
| Enterprise / competitive e-commerce | SAR 15,000+ | Large-scale content, digital PR, store SEO, multi-city coverage |
The four things that move your price
Language coverage: bilingual Arabic-English work roughly doubles content effort. Competition: a niche B2B supplier costs less to rank than a cosmetic clinic in Olaya. Site size and health: a 10-page brochure and a 5,000-SKU store are different projects. Speed: compressed timelines need more concurrent work.

Red Flags Worth More Than Any Price List
“Guaranteed first-page rankings.”
Nobody controls Google. Guarantees signal either ignorance or an exit plan before the penalty lands.
“Full SEO for SAR 500 a month.”
Automated directory spam and AI filler. It eventually costs more to undo than proper work costs to do.
“300 backlinks per month included.”
Link quantity is a liability metric. Ten links that matter in the Saudi market beat five hundred that do not.
Reports full of rankings, silent on leads.
Rankings are a means. If a report never mentions calls, forms, or revenue, the work probably does not produce them.
Why no fixed packages?
Because every website starts from a different place, a fixed package would charge you for work you might not need. Instead, I audit your site first and then quote a price in riyals for the specific work yours actually requires, itemized line by line so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Is there a minimum term?
No, there is no contract locking you in. I do recommend planning for at least six months, because that is genuinely how long SEO takes to show its full effect, but you are free to stop in any month.
What does the monthly report include?
Every month you receive a plain-language summary covering four things: the work I completed, how your rankings and traffic moved, how many calls and enquiries came from search, and what I plan to do next month and why.
Consultant vs agency on price?
A senior in-house SEO specialist in Riyadh costs around SAR 15,000-25,000 per month before tools. Agencies typically charge SAR 5,000-15,000, but the day-to-day work is usually done by junior staff. As an independent consultant I charge SAR 3,000-10,000 and do the work myself, which for most small and mid-size businesses is the most cost-effective option. You can read more about how I work here.
